Add Worlde Orca Pad 64 support

I have a new type of cheap chinese controllers -
http://en.worlde.com.cn/prod_view.aspx?TypeId=95&Id=226&FId=t3:95:3

Its like launchpad pro with touch sensitive pads, but with not mapable simple pads left and right sides.

Its very nice gear, but have no remote script for ableton. It's programmable by manufacturers software, have midi in and out. What you need guys to do scripts for this controller?

    I take logs from my launchpad mk1 and this device via midi-ox. Not so many differences in default settings, but Orca Pad have 4 banks for remapping
