fixed length options @ global user mode

Please add fixed length options, with similar functionality to GLOBAL Q and REC Q

  • e.g. FIXED 1 BAR, FIXED 3 BARS
  • LED feedback for with ON state for activeFIXED control and OFF state for all other FIXED controls.
