LP1: move grid selector 8 tracks at a time
I feel like I'm the guy who constantly asks for LPC-Live features now, but how about an option to move the grid selector in increments of 8 tracks? Or maybe it would be possible to have SHIFT bring up the block grid in Session Split too, like in regular Session? Session Split has been my default layout ever since I got LPC-Live2, and it will still be with Arsenal.
1 voteThe plan is to eventually have almost every feature and option we’ve ever offered available in Arsenal. However, it likely won’t all be there in the initial release. I will do my best to get to some of the low hanging fruit like this request before the initial release,
Update: Added in v1.0.0b4.

Support Scale with notes arranged in 3rds (or custom via a text file)
A Scale mode in 3rds makes it very easy to play chord progressions. You use 3 fingers in vertical line. Allows one to focus on music composition.

Chop and loop modes lock to clip instead of track or scene.
It's really inconvenient that I cant use chop and loop mode while launching other clips.
1 voteSure you can. Simply turn Select on Launch off in Live’s preferences.
Update: In v1.0.0b5, these Modes now operate upon the playing or selected clip. This makes it so, when locked, selecting clips on different scenes won’t change the clip you’re controlling.

Make Solo button in mixer modes Momentary (like Mute)
such as in MIX or SESSION_SPLIT mode, pressing the Mute button shortly would make it Momentary. It would be nice to have this behavior with SOLO as well.

Invoke Alternative Arsenal setups with button press
It would be great to keep the default functionality of Arsenal from the initial setup but then be able to hit shift>arrows to get access to 4 other alternative arsenal setups with different modes, meaning Arsenal A/B/C/D. Or this would also allow for more customizing without having to get more controllers to utilize multiple setups.
Shift Up Arrow could be Arsenal A, Shift Down = arsenal B and so on.
Even though there are room for 7 modes, I am finding that I may want to use more than this. Having to go into midi settings and reassign is problematic…
3 votesThis will be reviewed, but doesn’t seem likely.
Update: This is partially addressed by the additional 7 mode slots that were added in the last update. If you feel that there is a practical reason for having access to more than 14 modes from a single controller in a live setting, please post in the beta thread on the forum and we can discuss alternate ideas that would be more efficient than loading/re-loading entire scripts.

Matrix Mode: Global/navigation
Mode that allows the Matrix to be assigned to global functions (like transport) and navigation functions (like zooming). This would be similar to the ClyphX Modes, but with LED feedback.

Chromatic note mode with 4ths going to the right (ie: 4ths >)
This layout is available with the native Push script.
With the 4ths> chromatic layout, each column of pads is a 4th higher than the column to the left of it. While the default chromatic mode (4ths going up) is great for playing lines, 4ths> is a really nice layout for chord progressions. The main benefits are:
1) the bass notes mostly stay in the first 2 columns on the left. This way there are fewer situations where hands are crossing or on top of one another, which can reduce visibility.
2) it lends to more natural voice leading of chords.…
