Invoke Alternative Arsenal setups with button press
It would be great to keep the default functionality of Arsenal from the initial setup but then be able to hit shift>arrows to get access to 4 other alternative arsenal setups with different modes, meaning Arsenal A/B/C/D. Or this would also allow for more customizing without having to get more controllers to utilize multiple setups.
Shift Up Arrow could be Arsenal A, Shift Down = arsenal B and so on.
Even though there are room for 7 modes, I am finding that I may want to use more than this. Having to go into midi settings and reassign is problematic…
3 votesThis will be reviewed, but doesn’t seem likely.
Update: This is partially addressed by the additional 7 mode slots that were added in the last update. If you feel that there is a practical reason for having access to more than 14 modes from a single controller in a live setting, please post in the beta thread on the forum and we can discuss alternate ideas that would be more efficient than loading/re-loading entire scripts.

External App: Arsenal Editor
Arsenal Editor ( like D.D.C editor ) that has all every txt files for settings.
but it's more user friendly.
I can change every txt files's settings in this Arsenal Editor at once.2 votesThe settings files used in Arsenal are very simple to edit so they’d don’t require an editor. DDC settings files, by contrast, are extremely complex and so they do require an editor.
That said, an editor would be convenient, but would add cost to the products and so it isn’t justifiable as a standard feature. It may be possible to offer as an optional add on though.
UPDATE: There is a beta version of an editor available here:

Matrix Mode: Global/navigation
Mode that allows the Matrix to be assigned to global functions (like transport) and navigation functions (like zooming). This would be similar to the ClyphX Modes, but with LED feedback.

Change LED behaviour for session mode
Give users the possibility to change LED behaviour for session mode; without the skin.py file i can't find a way to customise it in order to make my playing clips flashing green instead of solid green which could be not the best solution for live performances.
i managed to do that thanks to the Julien Bayle repository, but of course that only works for the standard apc40 script not for arsenal.
1 voteGood to hear you found an interim solution and I do appreciate your sharing it. However, I had to remove your comment as it contained instructions which could cause issues and/or confusion for other users if they followed them.
FWIW, user skins are coming in v1.0.3 and will utilize sandboxing (and include instructions of course) to allow for a more user-friendly experience.
Update: This can be done via user skins in v1.0.3.

Note/Plus modes: changing matrix colors
The keys are white with blue root notes currently, on paper this is cool but to me white is a terribly unflattering color on the LPP and highlights the uneven LED brightness a lot, I'd really like to be able to change that.

Clyphx Arsenal Action "Locked to Track"
when i trigger x-clip,
the x-clip makes my launchpad locked to specific track
If i suppose the action name "Lock X" (X is track number)"for example,
Clyphx Action Name : [] ARSENALLPPA Lock 3
so when i trigger x-clip, my launch pad pro is locked on track 3 without selecting track , then shift + click.
this is very useful because, when i use 3 different controller with 3 different people, i can move 3 controller's lock state at once.for example,
x-clip action : [] ARSENALLPPA Lock 3 ; ARSENALLP2A Lock 4…

Make Solo button in mixer modes Momentary (like Mute)
such as in MIX or SESSION_SPLIT mode, pressing the Mute button shortly would make it Momentary. It would be nice to have this behavior with SOLO as well.

Arsenal LPP colors
concerning LPP arsenal, my request would be the simple possibility to : 1 - choose the 2 colors of the scale mode (the white note and blue root note)
2 - choose the 4 colors of the DRUM mode
the Reason is that the launcpadpro is very flashy in dark room …
insignifiant request , because all what you put in it is really powerfull , everything seems far more logical with those scripts.thx.
Jideh high1 voteYou can do this by editing the user skin for Arsenal_LPP:

Start Point Reset Button on Chop_Loop_MONO & CHOP_LOOP_POLY
I saw reset button of start point for clip play mode on pxt-live plus.
I hope i can reset the start point after i finish playing for poly & mono mode1 voteIf you mean, move the start point back to the beginning of the clip, you can do that by pressing the first button assigned to Clip Chopping. If you mean re-align a clip that has fallen out of sync, you can do that holding down Shift and pressing one the buttons assigned to Clip Chopping.
This is the same as in the Clip Chopping functionality from PXT-Live.

and if i can do momentary note repeat (at Note Repat Turn On )

it will be really handy1 voteThis is already possible. Simply hold down the button (RPT I/O) used to turn Note Repeat on/off.

Global User Mode: device selection and quick track insertion
Just a couple of things I'd love to see in the Global User mode:
- Direct device selection (something like DEV SEL 1 - select the first device on the track, DEV SEL 8 - select the eight device)
- Insert and arm track with MIDI or audio input from the currently selected track. PXT has a feature like this for audio recording; it would also be handy for MIDI, particularly if you want to record output from an arpeggiator.
1 voteI’m not sure I understand the first part of the request as that’s already possible by using ClyphX assignments.
On the second part, I’ll implement that within ClyphX.
Finally, there is only a single Global User Mode that works with all matricies (that’s the case with all of the Matrix Modes available from the site). I’ve edited the suggestion to reflect that.
UPDATE: Added INSAUDIO and INSMIDI to ClyphX in v2.5.6.

Ability to set Scale setting not in Key but Chromatic as default in Settings-General.txt
Ability to set Scale setting as " Chromatic " default instead of " In Key "General.txt when i first open Live
1 voteThis may be possible. For now though, it can already be done with ClyphX via start up actions.
You’d just use something like this in your STARTUP_ACTIONS in ClyphX’s UserSettings:

LP1: move grid selector 8 tracks at a time
I feel like I'm the guy who constantly asks for LPC-Live features now, but how about an option to move the grid selector in increments of 8 tracks? Or maybe it would be possible to have SHIFT bring up the block grid in Session Split too, like in regular Session? Session Split has been my default layout ever since I got LPC-Live2, and it will still be with Arsenal.
1 voteThe plan is to eventually have almost every feature and option we’ve ever offered available in Arsenal. However, it likely won’t all be there in the initial release. I will do my best to get to some of the low hanging fruit like this request before the initial release,
Update: Added in v1.0.0b4.

Add a stop clip button to Clip Play Mono and Chop and Loop Mono Modes
This way, if you're playing a clip on a track and want to switch to playing a new clip, you could select the new clip, stop the currently playing clip and immediately start playing the new clip.

Chop and loop modes lock to clip instead of track or scene.
It's really inconvenient that I cant use chop and loop mode while launching other clips.
1 voteSure you can. Simply turn Select on Launch off in Live’s preferences.
Update: In v1.0.0b5, these Modes now operate upon the playing or selected clip. This makes it so, when locked, selecting clips on different scenes won’t change the clip you’re controlling.

Support Scale with notes arranged in 3rds (or custom via a text file)
A Scale mode in 3rds makes it very easy to play chord progressions. You use 3 fingers in vertical line. Allows one to focus on music composition.
